1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Advance payment is made but the service cannot be delivered due to our inability. - Cancellations made by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Services partially or fully delivered.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Costs incurred due to customer negligence or incorrect information.
