Welcome to Blue Fast Packers Movers Pune. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We provide transportation services, including Packing and Moving, Loading and Unloading, Car Carriers, Logistics Solutions, Household Shifting, Commercial Relocation, Warehousing, and Storage Services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- Accurate details must be provided during booking to ensure proper service delivery.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as agreed during the service discussion.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Service charges are based on the type and extent of service requested.
- Full or partial payment must be made in advance as per the agreed terms.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that all items are properly declared and not prohibited by law.
- Fragile, perishable, or high-value items must be disclosed in advance.
- Adequate packing for sensitive items is recommended; liability for damage to undeclared fragile items is limited.
5. Liability
- We take all precautions to handle your belongings with care; however, we are not responsible for loss or damage due to:
- Natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Improper packing by the customer or undeclared fragile items.
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - Fees may apply for late cancellations or last-minute changes.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or substances prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
